Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of related work experience in customer service.
• Experience and interest in sports and entertainment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute theme nights from concept to in-game delivery.
• Coordinate suite bookings and food voucher programs with arena staff.
• Create ticket pack links across platforms and coordinate with Marketing.
• Assist CRM/database management for season ticket holders and leads.
• Research local events to boost brand recognition and ticket sales.
• Support additional initiatives during the season and events.
