Job summary

Hockey Western New York, LLC is seeking a motivated Ticket Sales & Service Coordinator to support fan experiences and sales campaigns across Membership Sales and Services, Premium Seating, and Group Sales. This role involves coordinating logistics for events, liaising with ticketing staff and arena operations, and providing on-site day-of-game support.

You will also assist with CRM lead generation, data tracking, and reporting, while helping to establish project structures and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, events, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for fan experiences tied to ticket sales packages.
• Plan and execute targeted prospect and member events.
• Liaise between ticketing staff, arena operations, and game presentation.
• Provide on-site support on game days for groups, fans, and clients.
• Support CRM lead generation, data tracking, and reporting.
• Establish project structure and timelines for multiple initiatives.
• Prepare expense reports, invoices, travel arrangements, and communications.
