Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Team La Store Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences at stadium venues. You will help guests connect with teams, events, and experiences, drive sales, maintain merchandising standards, and support daily retail operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous retail, hospitality, entertainment, or guest service experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Create memorable experiences by engaging with fans and visitors in a positive and authentic manner.
• Assist guests in selecting merchandise by providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Provide a high level of service that reflects the organization's commitment to excellence.
• Support daily opening, closing and operational procedures.
• Receive, unpack, ticket and stock merchandise shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe retail environment.
• Follow company policies regarding safety, loss prevention, cash handling and inventory control.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.
• Adapt quickly to varying crowd volumes and event schedules.
• Support high-volume sales periods during games, concerts, and special events.
• Assist in managing guest flow and maintaining efficient shopping experience during peak periods.
• Work collaboratively with store leadership and fellow team members.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and team-oriented environment by supporting fellow associates and contributing to team success.
• Contribute to event-day readiness by proactively assisting teammates during high-volume periods and peak traffic times.
• Lead by example through accountability, professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to delivering best-in-class guest experience.
