Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver fan-centric service on the sales floor and/or stockroom. You will greet fans, make product recommendations, and process sales with the Fanatics POS system while upholding brand standards.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment during home games and events, maintaining professional conduct and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for fans.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (as required for certain events)
• Previous retail, guest services, or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift light merchandise

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and assist shoppers to improve their shopping experience
• Make recommendations based on conversations with fans
• Process sales transactions using the Fanatics POS system
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and represent the Fanatics brand
• Support on-site operations during pre-game, in-game, and post-game activities
• Collaborate with team members to meet shared goals and deliver results
