Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver exceptional fan service, drive sales, and uphold brand standards. You will greet fans, recommend products, and ensure a top-notch shopping experience across sales floor and stockroom areas.

The role supports pre-game, in-game, and post-game operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining professionalism, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet shared goals

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.

Responsibilities

Greet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience enjoyable.
Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
Help execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience.
Maintain sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail.
Process sales transactions via the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Fanatics Brand and Team/League are positively represented.
