Healthcare Emergency Solutions is a boutique consulting firm that specializes in providing culturally competent, equitable healthcare services for historically excluded communities. Our team of public health professionals and clinical experts is equipped to manage state contracts. We are seeking high-performing contractors to deliver services including: Behavior Aide (BA), Family/Children counseling, assessments, transportation, child supervision, and drug screening.

These services are provided in the following Georgia counties: Region 1-Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Fannin, Gilmer, Gordon, Murray, Pickens, Walker; Region 2- Dawson, Lumpkin, Rabun, Towns, Union; Region 3- Douglas, Floyd, Haralson, Paulding; Region 4- Carroll, Fayette, Heard, Henry, Lamar, Pike; Region 5- Barrow, Elbert, Greene, Rockdale.

As a Family Support Counselor, you will support families through challenges by providing counseling, psychosocial assessments, trauma-focused therapy, and in-home support. Your responsibilities include:

1. Providing crisis intervention services.
2. Supporting families during challenging times.
3. Conducting problem-solving sessions and utilizing modalities like CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy.
4. Understanding intensive case management activities.
5. Maintaining family assessments and progress reports.
6. Assisting with community resource access.

Requirements:

• Doctoral Degree in Human Services and licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or provisional licenses (LAMFT, LAPC, LMSW).
• 1+ years of human service experience working with children or adults.
• Child Development Associate certificate (CDA) required.
• Understanding of case management, crisis management, and behavioral intervention skills.
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and professional communication skills.
