Our team of public health professionals and clinical experts manages state contracts. We seek high-performing contractors to deliver services including: Behavior Aide (BA), Family/Children counseling, assessments, transportation/escorting, child supervision, and drug screening.
This is a 1099 Contractor role. Contractors can build their schedules, select cases, and increase compensation based on services provided, partnering with an agency that supports professional development.
As a Family Support Counselor - Pickens County, you will support families facing various challenges, providing counseling to children and families involved in the justice system, aiming to reduce child abuse and neglect. Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, trauma-focused therapy, in-home support, and program support to social workers.

Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree in human services, 3 years of experience, and eligibility for Georgia licensure (e.g., LAMFT, LAPC, LMSW). Preferred qualifications include a doctoral degree and licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Candidates must have experience working with children or adults, CDA certification, and skills in crisis management, behavioral intervention, and clinical de-escalation. A valid Georgia driver’s license, reliable transportation, personal vehicle, liability insurance, and the ability to complete required trainings are mandatory.
Services are provided across various Georgia counties, including Region 1 through Region 5, covering multiple counties as specified.
