Diocese of San Jose Catholic Cemeteries operates Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Los Altos and seeks a Location Manager with a family-first approach, faith at work, and a commitment to honoring sacred ground.

You will coach staff, guide families in planning ahead as acts of love and stewardship, and ensure every interaction reflects compassion, presence, and dignity within a Catholic mission.

Formación

• 4-5 years of leadership experience overseeing performance-based teams.
• Interest in leading an organization rooted in Catholic values.
• Proven ability to develop teams and meet or exceed goals.
• Experience coaching direct reports and motivating teams to results.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple functions with excellence.
• Warm, clear communication, written and verbal.
• Comfort with software and technology.

Compensation and Benefits…

• Base salary and bonus opportunites totalling$90,000-$100,000 in annual compensation
