Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services is seeking a Location Manager for a Milwaukee area cemetery location. This leadership role focuses on compassionate care for families, overseeing daily operations, and upholding Catholic values.

You will coach a diverse team, manage planning ahead for families, and ensure staff deliver service with presence, dignity, and love. Strong budgeting and KPI reporting are essential in guiding performance.

Qualifikationen

• 4-5 years of leadership experience overseeing performance-based teams.
• Interest in representing and leading an organization rooted in Catholic values.
• Proven record of developing teams and meeting or exceeding goals.
• Experience coaching direct reports and motivating teams to achieve results.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple functions with excellence.
• Warm, clear communication, written and verbal.
