The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of leadership experience, a track record in building teams, and strong budgeting and financial oversight. A Catholic-values-driven, coaching mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of leadership experience, ideally overseeing performance-based team members.
• An interest in representing and leading an organization rooted in Catholic values.
• A proven record of developing teams and meeting or exceeding goals.
• Experience coaching direct reports and motivating teams to achieve results.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
• The ability to oversee multiple functions with excellence.
• Warm, clear communication, written and verbal.
• Comfort with software and technology.

• Lead the day-to-day operation of Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Los Altos, serving with a family-first focus, and caring for sacred ground.
