SCI is seeking a Family Service Counselor in Centerville, OH to serve client families by arranging cemetery and pre-need plans, delivering personalized service, and generating revenue for the organization. • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of college or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation: prospecting several hours daily, obtaining referrals, building community relationships, presenting to families, tracking activity.
• Build relationships with families: respond to inquiries, listen and communicate with empathy, understand needs, follow up for satisfaction.
• Teamwork: coordinate with funeral directors, location managers and staff to provide seamless service, review prior contacts to support current needs.
