Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass the Company’s internal presentation certification within thirty days of hire.
• Evenings and/or weekends work availability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospecting, referrals, networking and presenting to families.
• Build relationships with families and provide empathetic, professional service.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and follow through on requests.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and location staff for seamless service.
• Prepare for appointments with attention to detail and professionalism.
