Responsibilities include lead generation, building relationships, and teamwork with funeral directors and staff to deliver high-quality, empathetic service. Evening/weekend availability and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent education and experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Current state license with acceptable driving record.
• Insurance license if required by state law.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must pass internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to drive frequently.
• Flexible hours; may work up to 12 hours in a day.
• Empathy and respect in interactions.
• Basic computer knowledge.

• Prospect daily for lead generation and referrals.
