Sci Corp is hiring a Family Service Counselor to serve client families by arranging cemetery services and selling pre-need plans. You will lead generation activities, build lasting relationships with families, and collaborate with funeral directors and staff to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires communicating with empathy, handling evening/weekend shifts, and driving to meet families. A driver’s license and insurance licensure may be required by state law.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Current state driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Insurance license if required by state law.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect for leads 1–2 hours daily.
• Obtain referrals from families served at the location.
• Build community and civic relationships.
• Explain presentations to families and referred families.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, respectful and professional manner.
• Develop understanding of each family’s needs and offer value solutions.
• Prepare for appointments and perform procedures with professionalism.
• Build trust to gain referrals and protect families through education.
