Job summary

Sci Corp is hiring a Family Service Counselor to assist families with cemetery and pre-need arrangements. You will generate leads, build trustful relationships, and coordinate with funeral directors to deliver compassionate, high-quality service.

Role requires flexible hours, customer-service experience, and driving as needed; knowledge of computers and software is a plus. Compensation target is around $50k annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Must be able to pass internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through prospecting and referrals, daily.
• Build relationships with families and provide personalized service.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff for seamless service.
