Job summary

Catholic Cemeteries and Funeral Homes is seeking an Inside Sales Professional (Family Service Counselor) to serve families with immediate and preneed cemetery arrangements. You will help families in person or by phone, and you may offer our preneed insurance program.

A servant’s heart and a desire to help families are essential. The role emphasizes follow-up with families, referral generation, and coordination between families and the funeral home to ensure seamless service at burial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or cemetery funeral industry experience.
• Licensed for funeral insurance sales in Arizona.
• Practicing Roman Catholic desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist families in cemetery at-need arrangements and product selection.
• Follow up with families and offer preneed services.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from preneed and at-need families.
• Respond to complaints per policy and procedures.
• Refer families to Bereavement Ministry partners when needed.
• Attend graveside services and be liaison between family and funeral home.
• Educate families on the importance of preneed Catholic services.
