Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Family Service Coordinator to provide housing support and services for families in the Affordable Housing Portfolio. You will work with the Property Manager and staff to connect residents with case management, income resources, and educational opportunities.

Responsibilities include needs-based assessments, outreach, coordinating health and wellness programs, and fostering partnerships to expand resources for residents.

Qualifications

• A college degree in human services or related field.
• At least one year working with families.
• Background checks within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing and service coordination for families in the Affordable Housing Portfolio.
• Conduct needs-based assessments and community outreach.
• Coordinate with the property manager and staff to support housing retention.
• Develop partnerships to expand resident resources and opportunities.
• Deliver health, wellness, and education programs tailored to resident needs.
