Volunteers of America Colorado seeks a Guest Services Coordinator for the Family Motel residential facility in Denver. You will manage shifts, ensure safety, oversee front desk tasks, and support housing stability for families and individuals.

You will document client interactions, coordinate referrals, and maintain HMIS/Service Point data. This role requires collaboration with a diverse team, trauma-informed care, and a commitment to a compassionate housing program.

Formación

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in human services.
• One year direct human service experience.
• Willing to obtain first aid, AED and CPR certifications and keep current.
• Background checks within 30 days of hire.
• Good organizational and planning skills; works well as part of a team.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Understand program requirements and referral process; ensure guest needs are met.
• Document interactions and maintain client files and HMIS data.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility and assist with scheduling shifts.
• Assist in supervision of volunteers and front desk duties (phone, donations, mail).
• Provide coverage for on-call rotation and support other facilities as needed.
