Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Early Childhood, Social Work, Human Services, etc.) and 5 years’ experience in roles like Family Navigator or Family Engagement.
• Bi-lingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Family Resource Program to ensure goals are met.
• Supervise staff and conduct regular supervisions.
• Prepare reports for funders and quarterly deliverables.
• Present to stakeholders and funders on program progress.
