Job summary

Community Resources for Children (CRC) Napa seeks a Family Support Specialist to help families navigate CRC programs, connect with child care resources, and provide case management and family education. The role supports enrollment, referrals, and data management, with a focus on bilingual family outreach and serving diverse communities.

The position requires collaboration with staff and occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in child development, human services, social work or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years' work experience in community-based organizations or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Background clearance (Livescan) to be completed upon hiring.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about CRC programs and referrals to families.
• Maintain CEL (Centralized Eligibility List) applications and enrollment statuses.
• Coordinate outreach events and family education activities.
• Complete intake assessments and develop referrals to community partners.
• Maintain databases and prepare reports.
• Support front-desk duties as needed and assist with administrative tasks.
