Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Family Support Specialist to provide strength-based family support services for families of children prenatal-3. The Specialist will conduct weekly in-home visits to identify needs, develop action plans, and mobilize resources, maintaining a caseload of 15-25 families.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences and 3-5 years of experience in Human or Social Services, with a focus on working with children and families. This role requires flexible hours and the capability to travel within various communities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience working in Human or Social Services.
• One year working with or providing services to children and families.
• Experience and willingness to work with a culturally diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Complete family intake and assessment for each family assigned within 30 days.
• Role model for the family effective parenting and nurturing skills.
• Complete statistical reports and attend required staff meetings.

Education
