They must have the ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment and are responsible for providing outstanding patient service within the clinic and through various virtual communication channels, while maintaining a compassionate and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals for both modalities.
  2. Lead clinic staff, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, in delivering excellent patient care and professional services.
  3. Perform responsibilities outlined in the SCRIBE job description.
  4. Discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
  5. Ask situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses, providing guidance to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.
  6. Engage with clinical leadership and escalate concerns to management to ensure strong patient care and adherence to company values.
  7. Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts and maintain credibility with staff.
  8. Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  9. Analyze and interpret patient histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop diagnoses.
  10. Deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations, focusing on patient-centric care, safety, and accuracy.
  11. Ensure activities comply with department expectations and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
  12. Work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment across both clinical and virtual settings.
  13. Manage telehealth patient queues to ensure proper follow-up.
  14. Order, perform, interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment plans.
  15. Follow clinical practice guidelines and attend mandatory meetings and training.
  16. Perform responsibilities within standard NP/PA protocols.
  17. Complete all mandatory compliance training and adhere to company core values.
  18. Contribute ideas to improve patient experience and care, and communicate effectively within the team.
  19. Support new employee onboarding and training activities.
  20. Maintain positive relations with clients and staff, fostering a respectful and friendly work environment.
  21. Perform physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions as specified.
  22. Comply with operational standards and maintain confidentiality.
  23. Consult with patients via virtual channels and demonstrate proven telehealth experience.
  24. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience Requirements and Preferences:
  • Responsible for on-call duties periodically throughout the year.
  • Levels of experience range from new graduates (up to 1 year) to over 10 years, with corresponding responsibilities.
Education:

Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).

License and Certification:
  • Active, verifiable license and DEA registration; DEA required within 120 days if limited by years of practice under state law.
  • Must be able to treat all ages; DOT certification required within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment.
