Responsibilities :

The following provides a high-level overview; detailed job descriptions will be discussed during interviews.

  • Perform therapeutic procedures such as I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infections, and wound care.
  • Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications; educate patients on treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient charts, maintaining professionalism and credibility.
  • Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and health information management standards.
  • Analyze patient histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic data to develop appropriate diagnoses.
  • Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, providing guidance to ensure quality and satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Experience and Education Requirements :

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience, such as Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, ER, Trauma, or Family Practice, preferred.
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing.
