Posting Title: Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Responsibilities
  1. Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals for telehealth and in-patient services.
  2. Lead clinic staff, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, in delivering excellent patient care and professional services.
  3. Perform responsibilities outlined in the SCRIBE job description.
  4. Review patients' medical histories, symptoms, allergies, and medications.
  5. Ask situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and guide patient care.
  6. Engage with clinical leadership and escalate concerns appropriately to ensure strong patient care and adherence to company values.
  7. Ensure timely and accurate completion of patient charts and maintain credibility with staff.
  8. Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  9. Analyze and interpret patient information to develop diagnoses.
  10. Deliver patient-centered care with attention to safety, cost, and accuracy.
  11. Ensure activities comply with regulations, including HIPAA, and departmental expectations.
  12. Work efficiently in fast-paced, autonomous environments in both clinical and virtual settings.
  13. Pursue telehealth patient queues promptly for proper follow-up.
  14. Order, perform, interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients.
  15. Follow clinical practice guidelines and attend mandatory meetings and training.
  16. Perform responsibilities within standard NP/PA protocols and complete mandatory compliance training.
  17. Adhere to company core values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
  18. Contribute ideas to improve patient experience and care.
  19. Communicate effectively within the team and support new employee onboarding and training.
  20. Maintain positive relationships with clients and employees, promoting a respectful, confidential culture.
  21. Perform physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions as specified.
  22. Stay knowledgeable of company standards and legal compliance.
  23. Consult with patients via virtual channels and demonstrate experience as a Telehealth Clinician.
  24. Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements and Preferences:
  • Responsible for on-call duties periodically.
  • Level 1: New grads with up to 1 year of experience in relevant practice areas.
  • Level 2: Providers with over 1 and less than 5 years of experience.
  • Level 3: Providers with over 5 and less than 10 years of experience.
  • Level 4: Providers with over 10 years of experience.
Education & Licensure:

Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS). Active License as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. DEA license required; DOT certification must be obtained within 120 days of employment and maintained.
