Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals.
  • Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, providing guidance as necessary.
  • Perform responsibilities outlined in the SCRIBE job description.
  • Discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and medications.
  • Ask patients specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide guidance.
  • Engage with clinical leadership to ensure strong patient care and resolution of concerns.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts.
  • Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  • Analyze and interpret patient information to develop diagnoses.
  • Deliver patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations.
  • Ensure activities comply with regulations including HIPAA.
  • Work efficiently in fast-paced, autonomous environments.
  • Manage telehealth patient queues and follow-up.
  • Order, perform, interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients.
  • Attend mandatory meetings and training.
  • Adhere to NP/PA protocols and company compliance standards.
  • Support new employee onboarding and training.
  • Maintain positive relations with clients and team members.
  • Perform physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions as required.
  • Promote a respectful, confidential work culture.
  • Consult with patients via virtual channels.
  • Proven experience as a Telehealth Clinician.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements and Preferences
  • Responsible for on-call duties periodically.
  • Level 1: New grads with up to 1 year of experience.
  • Level 2: 1-5 years of experience.
  • Level 3: 5-10 years of experience.
  • Level 4: Over 10 years of experience.
Education:

Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).

Experience:

At least 1-2 years of relevant practice experience preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:
  • Active license and DEA registration.
  • DOT certification required within 120 days of employment.
