Join our team as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Fast Pace Health. We are offering a new graduate opportunity with extensive training to help you develop your skills in a supportive environment.

Overview

The Provider is responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare within the scope of services, ensuring patient satisfaction. Must work well in a team, adapt to new technologies, and respond quickly to patient needs. Provides compassionate care both in-clinic and virtually.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care in clinic and telehealth, meeting patient volume goals.
  • Lead and guide clinic staff to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Review patients' medical histories and symptoms to formulate diagnoses.
  • Engage with clinical leadership and adhere to protocols.
  • Complete patient charts accurately and timely.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients.
  • Follow all compliance and confidentiality standards.
  • Participate in team communication, training, and community activities.
Experience & Education Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies.
  • 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred; new grads considered.
  • Active license as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, DEA registration, and DOT certification within 120 days of employment.
