Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - New Grad Opportunity with Extensive Training Program!

Fast Pace Health is seeking a highly-skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. This role offers extensive training and a supportive environment for new graduates.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support clinic staff to deliver excellent patient care
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient charts
  • Implement clinical protocols in collaboration with supervising physicians
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications; educate patients
  • Perform therapeutic procedures such as I&D, splinting, suturing, wound care
  • Assess patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to develop diagnoses
  • Provide virtual consultations and telehealth services
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Experience & Education
  • Masters Degree in Nursing required
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in urgent care, ER, trauma, or family practice preferred
