Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals.
  • Lead clinic staff, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Perform responsibilities outlined in the SCRIBE job description.
  • Review patients' medical histories, symptoms, allergies, and medications.
  • Ask situation-specific questions to formulate diagnoses and guide treatment.
  • Engage with clinical leadership to ensure strong patient care and address concerns.
  • Complete patient charts accurately and promptly, maintaining credibility with staff.
  • Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians.
  • Analyze patient histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop diagnoses.
  • Deliver patient-centered care with attention to safety, cost, and accuracy.
  • Ensure activities comply with regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Work efficiently in fast-paced, autonomous environments, both in-person and virtually.
  • Manage telehealth follow-ups and order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients.
  • Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions.
  • Adhere to NP/PA protocols and compliance requirements.
  • Support new employee onboarding and training.
  • Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and patients, fostering a respectful and friendly environment.
  • Perform physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions as required.
  • Promote confidentiality and uphold company standards.
  • Consult with patients via virtual channels and demonstrate experience in telehealth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements and Preferences
  • Responsible for on-call duties periodically.
  • Levels of experience range from new grads (up to 1 year) to over 10 years, with specific expectations for each level.
Education & Licenses

Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS). Active and verifiable licenses as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, including DEA registration. DOT certification required within 120 days of employment.
