Job summary

Trinity Health in the United States is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Family Medicine residency to manage daily operations, logistics, and accreditation compliance. This role acts as a vital link between the Program Director, Residents, Faculty and the GME office.

You will coordinate schedules, support orientation, oversee didactic lectures, maintain resident IEPs, and optimize the Residency Management System (MedHub), helping ensure high standards of education and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in medical education (GME) or fast-paced academic admin preferred.
• Proficiency with Residency Management Systems (MedHub), databases.
• Strong organizational skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules of Residents in compliance with NYS 405 and ACGME requirements.
• Prepare data for ACGME site visits and ADS updates.
• Support orientation and onboarding of new Residents.
• Coordinate daily didactic lectures with Curriculum Committee oversight.
• Maintain accurate IEPs for each resident including mastery skills and evaluations.
• Provide support to the GME office as needed.
• Optimize use of MedHub residency management system.
• Organize Department of Family Medicine Grand Rounds.
• Serve as the primary contact for residents, faculty, and applicants.
