Qualifications

• Experience teaching and mentoring Family Medicine residents.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient supervision and education of residents on the Family Medicine service (OB optional).
• Supervise continuity and resident clinic in outpatient settings.
• Lead 1–2 program-wide quality improvement initiatives annually.
• Deliver 10–12 lectures annually as part of the residency curriculum.
• Act as a faculty advisor to approximately five residents; support professional development.
• Participate in program administration and regular faculty meetings.
