Trinity Health in Syracuse seeks a Program Coordinator to manage daily operations for the Family Medicine residency, acting as a key link between the Program Director, Residents, Faculty and the GME office. The role focuses on scheduling, compliance, onboarding and didactic coordination to support high-quality medical education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in medical education (GME) or academic setting.
• Proficiency in Residency Management Systems like MedHub.
• Strongorganizational skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Manage residents' schedules in compliance with NYS 405 and ACGME.
• Ensure ACGME requirements and data for site visits and ADS updates.
• Support orientation and onboarding of new residents.
• Coordinate daily didactic lectures with oversight from Curriculum Committee.
• Maintain IEPs for residents including mastery skills, evaluations and required competencies/certifications.
• Provide support to GME office as needed.
• Optimize use of Residency Management System (MedHub).
• Organize and support Department of Family Medicine Grand Rounds.
• Serve as the primary contact for residents, faculty, and applicants.
