Job summary

University Health Truman Medical Center seeks a Residency/Fellowship Program Coordinator to oversee the operational and financial management of training programs in the Admin Medicine department. This role reports to the Program Manager/Senior Program Manager/Director and serves residents, fellows, faculty, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Health Sciences, Business, Public Administration, Education, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a high-level administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex information.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily program operations and administrative priorities with Program Manager and Director.
• Maintain resident and faculty databases and program records.
• Organize meetings, conferences, and recruitment/orientation events.
• Ensure accreditation/compliance through tracking licensing, credentialing, contracts, and moonlighting.
• Support trainee recruitment, ERAS processes, Match activities, and NRMP coordination.
• Manage evaluation processes for trainees, faculty, and rotations.
