Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join a full‑time, patient‑centered primary care team. You’ll manage a diverse patient panel, provide in‑office, testing center, and occasional telehealth visits, and collaborate with in‑office and virtual teams.

Board eligibility/certification within 1 year, Texas license prior to start, and a Family Medicine residency are required. A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits follow.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed Family Medicine residency.
• Practiced in outpatient primary care in the last 5 years.
• Board certified or board eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year.
• Texas license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting tele-health visits
• Weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing collaboration with in-office and virtual teams
• Supervising NP or PA colleagues and collaborating on care delivery
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
