Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of college or equivalent education.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting a minimum of 1–2 hours daily.
• Obtain referrals from families served.
• Network with community and civic groups.
• Explain and present to families and referred families.
• Build trust-based relationships to earn referrals.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to provide seamless service.
• Prepare for appointments and maintain professionalism.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, respectful, and professional manner.
