You will present to families, handle inquiries professionally, and work with funeral directors and staff to ensure seamless, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must pass the Company’s internal presentation certification within thirty days of hire.
• Evenings and/or weekends availability required.
• Must be able to drive frequently and maintain a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting 1–2 hours daily.
• Obtain referrals from families served and build community relationships.
• Explain and present to families; handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain activity logs to track productivity and results.
• Build trusted relationships to encourage referrals and protect families through education on pre-planning.
• Collaborate with funeral directors, location managers, and staff for seamless service.
• Prepare for appointments and handle all procedures with attention to detail.
• Follow up on customer problems and requests to ensure satisfaction.
