Service Corporation International is recruiting for a sales-focused role in US-CA, Redondo Beach. You will drive referrals for funeral services, prospect daily, and nurture long-term relationships with families and communities.

You’ll collaborate with funeral directors and staff, provide compassionate service during difficult times, and adapt hours including nights/weekends to meet targets. Compensation combines base and commissions, reflecting strong performance.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; 1–2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; in some locations require Funeral Directors License.
• Sales experience or 1–2 years in related industry; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: network and build referrals for at-need and pre-need arrangements.
• Prospect 4 hours daily when working full time; engage families face-to-face at events.
• Obtain referrals by visiting families post-service and maintaining contact.
• Build and maintain relationships with families; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Support families in grief with compassionate, professional service.
• Collaborate with Funeral Directors and staff; ensure seamless service.
