Service Corporation International seeks a proactive sales professional in Colton, CA to develop relationships with families and generate referrals for pre-need and at-need arrangements. You will prospect daily, present planning guides, and provide compassionate service to grieving families.

Role requires driving, strong communication, and CRM proficiency; compensation includes a substantial commission component and total target earnings potential.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; 1-2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• Current state driver’s license with acceptable driving record; license where required.
• In states needing a Funeral Directors license, must hold licensure.
• Sales experience or 1-2 years industry experience or equivalent education.
• CRM systems experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Network and build relationships to generate referrals for both at-need and pre-need arrangements using company tools and standards.
• Prospect a minimum of 4 hours daily (if eight-hour shift) including face-to-face family outreach.
• Obtain referrals from families by visiting after services and following up.
• Present Dignity Memorial Personal Planning Guide to families.
• Maintain activity levels to ensure productivity and target achievement.
• Schedule flexibility, often working nights and weekends to meet goals.
• Build relationships with families and resolve their needs with follow-through.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
• Support grieving families with kindness and genuine communication.
• Develop understanding of each family’s needs and offer value-driven solutions.
• Stay in touch with families to ensure satisfaction and future sales.
