Job summary

Responsibilities include prospecting, network building, scheduling, and maintaining thorough records of activities.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of college or related experience.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to acquire an Oregon Insurance license as required by law.
• Must pass the company's internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends occasionally.
• Must be able to drive frequently.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads; dedicate 1–2 hours daily to prospecting.
• Obtain referrals from families served; build local networks.
• Present and explain services to families and referrals.
• Maintain activity logs to track productivity and results.
• Build trust-based relationships with families to earn referrals.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests.
• Understand each family’s needs; offer value-driven solutions.
• Follow up with families to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
