Job summary

SCI in Salem, OR seeks a proactive sales professional to drive revenue for cremation and pre-need planning services. You will educate families, present planning options, and build trusted relationships in the community.

You’ll qualify leads, schedule appointments, and follow up for referrals, often working evenings and weekends. Prior CRM experience and strong communication are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Sales experience preferred; CRM familiarity a plus.
• Bi-lingual is a plus; strong communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales revenue quota by presenting cemetery and pre-need services.
• Develop community relationships and qualify leads from marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with families, schedule sales appointments, and obtain referrals.
