Service Corporation International seeks a results-driven sales professional in Salem, Oregon to meet monthly revenue targets for Dignity Memorial. You will develop community relationships, qualify leads, and schedule sales appointments while following up with families through the final contract process.

You will travel as needed, present planning services, and support aftercare relationships, with licensing as required by state law. This role emphasizes professionalism and service excellence.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Licenses: Funeral Directors License where required by state law; Life Insurance license where required by state law; company will support obtaining licensing.
• Experience: Sales experience preferred; CRM experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns to schedule appointments.
• Self-initiate leads throughout the community and build professional relationships to generate qualified leads; maintain activity in CRM.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with families, provide service excellence, and guide families through options and contracts.
