Job summary

The Community Group (TCG) in Lawrence, MA is seeking a Family Access and Placement Specialist to connect eligible families with child care opportunities across the agency. You will maintain vacancy trackers, coordinate waitlists, and ensure smooth transitions to Enrollment Specialists.

Requires two years in enrollment or family services, strong communication skills, and proficiency with ELV/CCFA/MyChildCareMA. This is a full-time, on-site role with a focus on equity and access for families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in enrollment, family services, or related high-volume environment.
• Strong computer skills with ELV, CCFA, and MyChildCareMA proficiency.
• Bilingual English/Spanish abilities required for family outreach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vacancy tracking across program sites and placement status.
• Recruit eligible families and route them to appropriate enrollment specialists.
• Manage and document the benefit offer lifecycle and deadlines.
• Provide backup support to Enrollment Specialists and maintain confidentiality.
