Job summary

Child Care Associates is seeking a Client Services Specialist to work directly with families, determine eligibility for child care assistance, and process enrollments. You will calculate PSOC, educate parents on requirements, and maintain TX3C records, while addressing inquiries and improving the customer experience.

The role requires strong communication skills, a background in CCS or related fields, and the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 3+ years CCS experience.
• At least 1 year of full-time experience in child development, CCS, or related.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Interact with families to determine eligibility for child care assistance.
• Conduct parent interviews and process enrollment and service authorizations.
• Educate parents on program requirements and rights/responsibilities.
• Calculate parent share of cost (PSOC) and maintain accurate TX3C records.
• Authorize and terminate child care services as needed.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints; identify service gaps for improvement.
• Participate in training to ensure quality service delivery.
