People Incorporated is seeking a Family Engagement and Enrollment Coordinator in Fall River, MA. This role supports enrollment management, family engagement, and daily program operations within the Early Childhood Education team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or three years’ experience in human services.
• Knowledge of local resources for children and families.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and participate in orientation/training.
• Able to pass background checks; driver's license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for families, ensuring welcoming experience.
• Enroll children with agencies and conduct initial intake.
• Maintain enrollment records and verify eligibility for financial assistance.
• Coordinate family engagement activities and referrals to services.
• Provide front desk coverage and administrative support as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to communicate enrollment needs and schedules.
