People Incorporated in Fall River, MA seeks a Family Engagement and Enrollment Coordinator to strengthen family involvement and manage enrollment and daily operations within the Early Childhood Education team.

Responsibilities include intake, eligibility for financial assistance, family referrals, and coordinating engagement activities to ensure smooth center operations and strong family partnerships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years in human services
• Knowledge of local resources for children and families
• Strong oral and written communication
• Ability to work in a team-based model
• Willingness to participate in orientation and training
• Background check required; driver's license preferred

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for prospective and enrolled families, ensuring a welcoming experience
• Enroll children per contracting agencies and conduct initial intake
• Maintain enrollment and family records per funding source requirements
• Determine eligibility for childcare financial assistance and manage waitlists
• Coordinate enrollment tours, orientations, and transition activities
• Provide front desk coverage and administrative support as needed
• Support family engagement activities and program communications
