Job summary

The Community Group is seeking a Family Access and Placement Specialist to connect eligible families with child care opportunities across the agency. This role maintains vacancy visibility, adheres to EEC guidelines for supportive and voucher contracts, and reports to the Program Enrollment Manager.

The position requires strong communication skills, experience in enrollment or family services, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; Associate’s Degree in related field preferred.
• At least two years of experience in enrollment, family services, or related high‑volume service environment.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ELV, CCFA, MyChildCareMA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish.
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile the agency‑wide vacancy tracker for open, anticipated, and pending seats.
• Search and match eligible families using state waitlist guidelines; document outcomes and coordinate handoffs the same day.
• Coordinate outreach with internal and community partners to maintain recruitment pipeline.
• Lead weekly recruitment meetings with Enrollment Specialists to identify future vacancies.
