You must be an undergraduate enrolled full-time in a related field and available to work 40 hours per week, 8am–5pm, M–F. The program includes mentorship, project delivery, and professional development

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled full-time in a related program (engineering, supply chain, material sciences, etc.).
• Available to work 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm).
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter, independently driven, and capable of cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for ongoing engineering projects.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Participate in equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Help develop and update SOPs and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Contribute to project planning, execution, and follow-up activities.
