The program runs January 4 – May 21, 2027, full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, in-person at the Victorville facility. Ideal for undergrads pursuing engineering or related fields with strong Excel, SAP, and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates must be enrolled in a full-time program relevant to manufacturing/engineering.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and PowerPoint is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for ongoing engineering projects.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Participate in equipment troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Help develop and update SOPs and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, and quality.
• Contribute to project planning, execution, and follow-up activities.
