Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper invites you to a Summer 2027 Intern – Manufacturing Engineering in Victorville, CA. You will work 40 hours per week, 8:00am-5:00pm, in-person, contributing to manufacturing, packaging, and sustainability projects.

You will collect and analyze data, support process improvements and SOP development, and collaborate with operations, maintenance and quality teams. This paid internship includes mentoring and project experience.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled full-time in a relevant engineering or related program.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm).
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance and quality.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP and PowerPoint is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist data collection, analysis, and reporting for engineering projects.
• Support process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, quality and safety.
• Participate in equipment troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Help develop and update SOPs and technical docs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to project planning and execution.
