Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. invites a Fall 2027 Co-op in Manufacturing Engineering to join our Houston plant. You will analyze water usage data, develop dashboards in Power BI, and support continuous improvement initiatives across EHS, Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance.

The role runs July 12–December 10, 2027, is in-person in Houston, 40 hours/week, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a $31.00/hour pay and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will present results to leadership and contribute to cost-saving projects.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in Engineering, Supply Chain or manufacturing-related field.
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with data analytics exposure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze water consumption data to reduce Water Usage Ratio and utility costs.
• Develop and improve Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows for reporting and tracking actions.
• Support TPM, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying losses and opportunities.
