Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is offering a Fall 2027 Co-op for Appliance Engineering in Burlington, MA. The role focuses on developing and improving Keurig appliances, with responsibilities spanning NPD, rapid learning cycles, and cross-functional collaboration.

In-person, 40 hours per week, July 13–December 10, 2027. Eligible undergraduates must be pursuing EE/CS/CE/ME or related fields, with strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate enrolled in full-time academic program in electrical/computer/mechanical engineering or related field
• Available to work 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work cross-functionally and adapt to changes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Learn about rapid learning cycles, NPD, and designing solutions for consumer needs
• Lead a design or improvement initiative and present outcomes to leadership
• Apply project management, DOE, and knowledge management to plan and execute your project
• Gain exposure to global supply chain across electromechanical components, plastics, and electronics
